Bush brushes off shoe attack
Last 14th December George Bush, the president of the USA went to a Baghdad press conference where an Iraqi journalist threw him his shouted “This is a goodbye kiss from the Iraqi people, dog”.
Bush shunned the shoes and was unhurt but after this incident the journalist, called Muntadar al-Zaidi, was arrested under the Iraq’s national security and he suffered a broken arm, broken ribs and internal bleeding and after started a Judicial Council against him: “his sentence could be seven to 15 year in prison” said Mr Birqadr. The head of Iraq’s hournalists asked clemency towards al-Zaidi because he says that his action was “strange and unprofessional”.
